What we provide
A six-agent scoring pipeline, a résumé builder, format-profile templates, and a tailored-draft generator. Inputs: your résumé and a job description. Outputs: a score, a verdict, rewritten bullets, and an ATS-clean export.
What you agree to
(a) Don't upload résumés that aren't yours unless you have permission. (b) Don't try to bypass rate limits or credit caps. (c) Don't scrape our scoring outputs to train competing models. (d) Don't use the platform to commit fraud against employers (fake credentials, fabricated experience). We will refuse service and pursue legal remedy.
Accuracy disclaimer
The score is a tool, not an oracle. Recruiters make hiring decisions. We don't guarantee interviews, callbacks, or offers. Refund eligibility is described on our refund policy page - reviewed case-by-case, at our discretion.
AI-generated content
The rewritten bullets are suggestions. You are responsible for the final accuracy of every claim on your résumé. If we generate a metric, verify it before you ship.
Account ownership
The account is owned by the email it was created with. Sharing credentials voids the support agreement.
Service availability
Reciprocate is currently in public beta. Features, pricing, and policies may evolve. We aim for high uptime but no SLA is implied on any tier during beta; paid tiers receive incident-response priority.
Termination
You can delete your account any time. We can terminate accounts for abuse (rate-limit evasion, fraudulent use, payment chargebacks).
Changes to terms
We'll notify you by email of material changes 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Disputes resolve in the courts of Bengaluru. EU and US users may also invoke their local consumer- protection laws where they grant stronger rights.
